How do I make a reservation?

Pick your area, a date and a time on the booking page, then fill in the form. Submitting does not charge you and does not confirm the date on its own — a booking manager contacts you to lock in the details.

How far in advance should I book?

Weekends fill up first, especially May through September. The calendar automatically greys out any date that is too soon.

Can I request a specific chef?

You can ask and we will try, but we cannot guarantee a particular chef on a particular date.

What if my party is over 30 adults?

Parties over 30 adults need two chefs. Either place two bookings for the same date and time, or contact our events team and we will plan it with you.

What is included in the meal?

Every guest gets two proteins of their choice, hibachi fried rice, grilled seasonal vegetables, a fresh side salad and our yum yum and ginger sauces.

💰 Parties of 60 or more require a 10% credit card deposit
💰 Cash or credit card (with a 3% admin fee) are the accepted payment methods. Credit card payments must be made 72 hours prior to the event — you cannot pay at the end of the party by card.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Home Party Hibachi, including its owners, agents, employees, contractors, directors, and representatives, shall NOT be liable to the Licensee (Host) or any of the Licensee’s guests for any property damage arising out of or in connection with any event or hibachi service performed at the Licensee’s (Host’s) premises.

For purposes of this provision, “property damage” means any loss of, damage to, or destruction of any real or personal property located at or around the premises where the Home Party Hibachi event is being held.

The Licensee (Host), on behalf of themselves and their guests, agrees to waive and release any and all claims against Home Party Hibachi for any loss of, damage to, or destruction of property belonging to the Licensee (Host) or the Licensee’s guests arising out of or related to the event.

This waiver is intended to release Home Party Hibachi from responsibility for property loss, damage, or destruction sustained by the Licensee (Host) or the Licensee’s guests before, during, or after the Home Party Hibachi event.

Cancellation Policy & Weather Policy

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the event may be subject to a $100 fee.

In the event of rain, the customer is responsible for providing adequate shelter, such as a tent, canopy, covered patio, or other suitable covering, to ensure that the chef and cooking area remain dry and protected while food is being prepared. We are able to cook under a tent, canopy, or covered patio, provided the area is safe and suitable for cooking.

If the event must be cancelled due to severe or unsafe weather conditions, the customer must notify Home Party Hibachi at least 48 hours before the scheduled event time.

Travel Fee Policy
